Complaints

At Heron Park Primary Academy all staff are committed to providing the best possible standard of education and we are continuously evaluating our performance in order to achieve this. We value feedback and always listen and respond to points raised by parents, carers and the wider community. If you are not happy about any aspect of the school please let us know.

If you have a concern about your child please speak to their teacher in the first instance. They are best placed to listen and respond to the concern and may already be aware of an issue and be taking steps to address it. Please call the school office to make an appointment with your child's class teacher or request a phone call if this is more convenient.

If you do not feel that your concern has been adequately addressed by your child’s class teacher, it is about the actions of a member of staff or is regarding another issue please make an appointment to speak with a member of the school senior leadership team. There is a member of the senior leadership team on duty every morning at the main entrance of the school and they are always happy to speak with parents at this time of day.
