Nature of support  2013/14
Two full time TAs working with the children. Intervention teachers in school on a regular basis to work with specific groups.Subsidy for breakfast club at school for children working with school to improve attendance.Subsidy for school trips.Occasional help with cost of travel to school as part of support plan for vulnerable children.Costs of group run by SEN and Welfare TA to help vulnerable families.


Curriculum focus of PPG spending 2013/14
Speech and language – subscription to speechlink.  Literacy and numeracy – Intervention teachers and specialist teachers to target specific groups.  Dyslexia specialist for assessment and support.


Measuring the impact of PPG spending
The school evaluates the impact on each pupil at the end of each term. Evaluation focuses on academic gains and how pupils’ self-confidence has developed as a consequence of the intervention.
